       Yes, Chokhi accepts all Credit/Debit cards such as Master Card and Visa. We use industry standard technologies to make your transaction secure and to ensure that you

Q :  Can I order customised products?

       Yes, you can. We will be glad to prepare customised products as per your choice and desired size. Will there be any variation between the image on the website and the delivered

       product? There may be slight variations between the image of the product available on the web and the product that is delivered to you. But there is no alteration done in the products.

 

Q :  In how much time will I be able to receive my customised painting or order?

       It all depends upon the request you have made.

 

Q :  Can an order be placed via Phone/Email?

        Yes, it is possible to place an order through phone and email.

Q :  What about the Shipping and Packaging Charges?

       You can get an estimate of shipping charges once you add a product to your shopping cart.

 

Q :  What if the product comes broken on arrival?

       In case you receive a damaged product, notify us within 24 hours of order received by mailing with the close up images of the product and the details of damage. If we found

      the  product   was damaged during shipping, we will replace the product with another piece of the same product. In this case product must return to Chokhiand all returning

      expenses to be borne by customer.

 

Q :  In how many days I will receive my order?

       It will take approximately five-seven business days to reach you. We try our best to process your order as quickly as possible. In case of any late delivery we will keep you informed     

      about the status. And besides this you can get all the necessary help through our executives.

      

Q :  In case I want to change my shipping address, after placing the order, is that possible?

       It depends on the conditions, like in how many days you want to change the address. We can accommodate your requests only if we still have the package in our possession. Like if    

      you ask for it after 3-4 days, and then it would be not possible. But in all the conditions we will let you know about the present condition.
